This policy covers information collected through servicecpq.com. It does not cover data processed within the ServiceCPQ product itself, which is governed by the Data Processing Agreement agreed with each customer (see Security & Trust).
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company, and the message you enter. We do not require any other personal information to browse this website.
How we use it
We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer or prospect, to follow up about ServiceCPQ. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third-party processors
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider, which delivers submissions to our email. Formspree’s own privacy practices apply to that transit — see their privacy policy for details.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not currently set marketing or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly before any such tool goes live.
